1. General Provisions
These terms regulate the relationship between the company [Company Name] (hereinafter: “Service Provider”) and the users of our transportation services (hereinafter: “User”).
2. Reservations and Service Confirmation
- A reservation is considered valid after the Service Provider confirms receipt of the request in writing (by email or through the booking system).
- The User is obliged to provide accurate information regarding the departure location, destination, date, time, and number of passengers. The Service Provider is not responsible for delays or inability to perform the service caused by inaccurate User data.
3. Prices and Payment

- The User is responsible for their luggage. The Service Provider is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal luggage, unless it is proven that the damage was caused by the driver's gross negligence.
- Consumption of food and beverages (except water) and smoking are prohibited in the vehicle.
6. Passenger Welcome (Meet & Greet)
- For airport pick-up service, the driver waits for the passenger at the agreed meeting point (or arrival terminal) with a sign bearing the passenger's/company's name.
- Users are kindly requested to immediately inform us of any changes in flight number or aircraft delays.
7. Dispute Resolution
- The Service Provider and the User will endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably.
- If an amicable resolution is not possible, the competent court in [City of company headquarters] shall have jurisdiction for dispute resolution.
